With urban development accelerating, updating facilities in old residential buildings has become a crucial aspect of improving residents’ quality of life. In Longfeng District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, a major public welfare project aimed at improving the living environment and enhancing quality of life is steadily advancing – the renovation and upgrade of old elevators. In this transformation, which affects the welfare of tens of thousands of residents, Sicher Elevator has stood out with its exceptional product quality and professional service, becoming a key partner in this upgrade initiative.
The Yanhu Cheng residential area, located at the junction of Liming Lake and Binzhou Lake, covers approximately 16 square kilometers and includes over 1,400 households. It is a major residential district in Daqing City. Yanhu Cheng is a comprehensive residential area centered around lakes and green spaces, with a planning concept that emphasizes environmental protection and ecological balance. The district’s design includes several residential areas such as Shangshui Bay, Cui River Bay, Guanlan Bay, and Yujing Bay, with a mix of villas, townhouses, high-rise buildings, commercial zones, and public amenities. The community features a 5,000-square-meter square, complete with a basketball court and fitness equipment, offering residents ample opportunities for leisure and recreation.
The Xiangge Garden residential area is a multi-zone community consisting of high-rise buildings in areas A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, as well as low-rise buildings in other sections. The surrounding area offers a wealth of educational resources and well-developed supporting facilities.
Daqing Xuefu Garden, located in Longfeng District, Daqing City, is adjacent to Daqing Experimental Middle School and was built in 2012, with 1,044 households. The surrounding area is fully equipped with amenities, including convenient transportation, dining, shopping, hospitals, and banks.
For this project, Sicher Elevator provided 88 GRPS30 small machine-room passenger elevators and GROS small machine-room scenic elevators, ensuring that each elevator meets the specific needs of the various buildings. From design to installation, and ongoing maintenance, Sicher Elevator has upheld high standards and strict requirements, striving to deliver a high-quality service experience to its users.
Looking ahead, as the government continues to advance urban renewal initiatives, more public welfare projects like this one will be implemented.
